Unit Testing Framework

We've been doing unit testing and integration testing since day one on this project, and its become a hassle recently as the number of projects and integration testing has increased. Actually, it been that way forever.

I've been staying true to MSTEST and the built in tools in VS for running tests, and putting up with the delays in compiling so much code each time. Even the Resharper test runner isn't much better on this project.

Net result, I've gotten used to testing taking ages, and its making me consider taking shortcuts, causing avoidable bugs creeping in.

I've reached my limits of tolerance of the speed at which we can do TDD practically with Test Explorer and MSTEST alone.

Wondering what tools others are using that make TDD quicker?

Xunit + TestDriven.net. For VS integration tests, though, you're out of luck
